Shipping Address – Important Requirements
To ensure successful delivery, follow these important rules. Not meeting these requirements can result in the order being sent back to the sender:
- The shipping address must be exclusively in Latin characters.
- HOHYPF Shop does not provide address validation services. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
PO Box Deliveries
Delivery to PO boxes is only advised for US addresses. Express Delivery does not support PO box addresses. For PO box deliveries, follow the correct address format:
- First name: John (matching the name on the box)
- Last name: Smith (matching the name on the box)
- Address 1: PO Box 1776
- Zip code: 28034
- City: Dallas
- Country: United States
PO box deliveries might face delays or issues even if guidelines are followed. It’s your decision to accept or decline orders with PO box addresses in your store.
Lost and Returned Orders Policy
We strive to deliver your order successfully. However, if an order is lost or returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Please ensure you provide an accurate shipping address.
Order Processing Time

This timeframe includes verifying your order details, ensuring the quality of the items, and preparing them for shipment. Please note that our processing days are Monday through Friday, and we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Calculating Shipping Costs for Multiple Items
Shipping costs may be reduced for multiple items if they share the same type and come from the same provider. Non-apparel products with size variations can only be shipped at a reduced rate if they are within the same size category.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within the USA. Shipping to Canada, Australia, and some European countries will be available soon.
Customs Fees
International customers will be responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during shipment.
