HOHYPF Shop Print-on-Demand Purchase Policy
At HOHYPF, we sell print-on-demand items to raise funds for our activities supporting hard-of-hearing children. Because each product is made just for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, or color, or change your mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we want to fix it. You can request a free reprint or a refund by contacting us within 30 days of receiving your order. Use our “Submit Issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue. If multiple products with the same design are affected, include a photo or video showing all items.
Order Mistakes
We understand mistakes happen. If you ordered the wrong size or color, we suggest buying another item as a donation to our cause. We cannot offer reprints or refunds for these errors.
Delivery Issues
If your delivery is unsuccessful, you can choose between a reprint at an extra charge or a partial refund.
Print Placement Tolerance
For direct-to-garment (DTG) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement. Minor variations are not defects.
Cancellation Policy
Since our items are custom-made, cancellations are not possible once production starts.
Reporting Issues
Please report any issues within 30 days of receiving your product. This helps us address your concerns quickly.
